very helpful product – user must be careful when taking the ears off not to stretch the frame and not to pull out the soft plugs.

The tv ears worked as stated, but my 92 year old mother in the nursing home could not manage them.

This works great as long as you are within 10 feet of base unit. Some products in the same price range can be used from much further away. Like another room.
