purchased this item on line from amazon.com the razor arrived as promised and was fully charged ready to use. Ihave been using norelco for years and this razor is the best I have used. I would recommend this to anyone.

It gives a nice close shave for a reasonably priced razor. Took only four hours for the initail charge and the charge lasts for a week.
