I’m so pleased with these bars! I’m an O+ girl, and walnuts and dates are just the right thing for Blood Type O’s to eat. These bars are yummy, and Amazon ships them fresh. (Sometimes our local health food options sit on the shelf for awhile.)
Just the right thing when I have class scheduled during the dinner hour! And so much better than any vending machine offers.

This was an excellent and very tasty bar. I’ve tried a wide a variety of nutritious ‘heath bars’ over the years and have to say this is by far the best. `KIND Walnut and Date Snack Bars – 1.4 oz. (8-pk.)

I became hooked on Kind’s plus mango macadamia bars a while ago. I’ve also grown to love their plus cranberry almond bars. I ordered these based on the rave reviews, but I was just a little disappointed. They are still good, but lack a little luster in the flavor department. I found them slightly bland, and I am a huge date fan, and like walnuts just as much. So I’m not sure why these seemed bland to me, maybe there just isn’t enough date in them … maybe they need to add a little extra honey or brown sugar to tweak the sweetness a little bit, or maybe some sea salt? Also I could not really taste the walnuts much either, I’ve been spoiled by their other bars (the macadamia and almond) where the nuts are completely whole. Perhaps I just received an ‘off’ batch. Overall, a still very good fruit/nut bar, but the flavor could be enhanced. I don’t think I will order these again, when their other bars are so awesome, which surprises me, because I really love dates! On the plus side, for those who prefer a softer style bar, this one’s pretty easy on the teeth, easier than the ones with whole almonds.

I’ve had Kind fruit bars before and these tasted fresher and the price is very cheap! I’ve have paid $2.59 in a health food store. I love this deal and they are delivered right to your house!

I don’t usually like health food. Have been on a restricted diet for a long time due to allergies. I need to have some foods on hand that don’t need to be refrigerated or cooked. I prefer to eat Natural foods, so I searched Amazon for dried fruits.
I decided to try these Walnut and Date Bars, and Very Happy that I did! I wish I could describe the flavor, but I can’t think of any comparisons. The only words that come to mind are: Love this, fantastic, it’s like candy, how many can I eat in a day & still be healthy?, should I order more now so I don’t run out?.
It is great that they contain 4% RDA of Iron.
