I am sure the product treats what it is made for. However, I wish I knew better how to use it to the full effect. It took me a few days to use it correctly and I am still not good at it. I am just afraid the salt water might get into my brain or lungs although I know the chance is quite slim; I guess that is what the after use exercises are for. I am able to clear the excess mucus after use so I can feel the nose block subsides. I need to use it on both nostrils so for the moment I have not felt that the sinus headaches have gone away. I have been using it for 5 days.

SinuCleanse Nasal Wash System, Unbreakable Neti Pot With Salt Packets
I didn’t get much sinus relief from the Neti Pot, but it is a good way to wash out your sinus cavity. Who would believe that you can make yourself a fountain in your bathroom mirror? That is, you can pour water into one nostril, breathe through your mouth, and see the water come back out the opposite nostril. We should’ve seen this in high school science class.
