This is a very rich tasting cookie, it is one of my favorites for dessert not breakfast. This can be made into a very delicious ice-cream sandwich or served crumbled as a dessert topping.

I loved these– they are the perfect blend of delicious cookie and healthy-quick breakfast! I will definitely be ordering more (though I think I’ll go with the chocolate again! IT was soooo good!!)

YUM, YUM, YUM. And chocolate cookies for breakfast. What could be better? These are not your super-sweet cookies that you may be accustomed to. They ARE a healthy breakfast alternative, they fill you up and keep you satisfied till lunch time. I love these things.
