   I have been using this product for several years now and I love it. I signed up for the “Subscribe and Save” option here on Amazon about 6 months ago and up until last month things have been fine. This last month I noticed a charge on my credit card for 18.65 which is what I had been paying for the subscribe and save but it was about 3 weeks early. I contacted Amazon and the lady apologized and said that my order was shipped out early due to a glitch in their system. She didnt offer my any sort of compensation but fortunatly the account used to pay for this had enough money in it. When the package arrived I noticed that they are 3oz jars instead of the 3.53oz jars I had been receiving. The description of the forming cream said it was a medium hold instead of a firm hold like the other ones I have received from Amazon. Needless to say I canceled my subscription until they can get this corrected.

   The description does not say whether this is strong or medium. I ordered this thinking that it is strong but received medium; had to return it. The medium does not hold your hair

   The cream itself is great…. but it smells exactly like coconut! Would be OK if you are a girl but this is a cream for guys.

   This is the only hair product I use now. I don’t use anything else. I love it. Very good deal. They usually go for about $15-$16 at local hair salons. Also I got free 2-day shipping with a trial prime membership.

   forming cream is the way to go for my straight, thick, black hair. i have had trouble finding the right product – most gels don’t work or feel like a “shell.” i dont want that hard rock top. i want it relaxed, but in place enough – maybe a superman curl or two but that’s it.

   the cream works right away, even with my thick hair. my hair’s length is past my ears, mid neck (and growing). im used to my hair absorbing shampoo like it’s going outta style, so im surprised the cream works so easily with about a large spoonful amount, and sometimes more if my hair isnt damp. i just rub it into my hands, massage into my damp hair, and my hair instantly goes back. the cream is heavy enough to hold it down, but not too heavy to look pasty or like a shell.

   doesnt clump up, still feels relaxed. i get a superman lock or two, and my lady loves it.
